I have owned my own business since 2001 and before I started my business, I was Director of Product Development and Supply Chain for a large corporation in California. I mention this because I have built my business by providing excellent customer care and by earning the trust of my clients.

Information is critical to any successful business. I retain data sources to give me the ability to find properties that fit specific needs. For example, if a client would like a property with the master bedroom on the bottom floor, I can find all properties that match that request immediately. I am able to do this for all of Central New Jersey.

I also network with several lenders and attorneys. During the purchase phase of a real estate transaction, there can be points where the schedule can slip. Because of my relationships, I communicate regularly with all parties to ensure a stress-free process.
